Job summary

The Devil’s Acre in San Francisco, operated by Future Bars Group, is seeking a meticulous bartender to join a small team. Typical hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 3:30 pm to 3:30 am, with a focus on prompt, friendly service and accurate payment handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy setting.
• Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles.
• Ability to maintain strong coworker relationships.
• Flexible evening availability.
• Able to take direction and follow through on requests.
• Able to stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
• Prioritize guest orders and deliver drinks promptly
• Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing
• Keep work relationships professional and courteous
• Demonstrate attention to detail
