The role emphasizes hands-on work outdoors in varying weather, equipment maintenance, and precise, clean practices to maintain quality. Experience is preferred; associate degree in Viticulture is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous vineyard experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer literacy required.
• Wine knowledge helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be willing to work in any weather conditions; this is primarily an outdoor job all year round.
• Maintain equipment as needed
• Perform all duties with the highest standard of quality and cleanliness.
