Job summary

Vulcraft-Indiana at Nucor Corporation in St. Joe, IN seeks a PROJECT MANAGER to lead projects at the plant. Compensation comprises base wage plus ROA, with travel as needed.

You will coordinate with Project Management to balance customer needs and production schedules, ensuring safety and operational excellence. The role requires construction management exposure, steel industry familiarity, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 1 year total experience with construction management experience.
• One or more years of experience in the steel joist and deck industry.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business or related field.

• Work with the Project Management team to proactively manage the division’s production schedule by balancing the needs of VIN and its customers
• Exemplify a "project-ownership" attitude in all aspects of the job
• Must be willing to and have the means to travel as needed.
