Campus Living Villages is seeking a General Manager for our St. Louis Village to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and coordinate with Head Office to meet business objectives.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across all programs. The role emphasizes strategic planning, University relations, and active community engagement to maximize occupancy and campus partnerships.

• Lead the Village operations to achieve financial and service targets.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training and performance, promoting a servant leadership culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements at the Village level.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports to owners, Head Office and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, facilities, and risk management programs across the Residence.
• Develop and nurture University relations and community engagement to maximize occupancy.
• Guide Residence Life programs and student engagement.
• Represent CLV in community and university events.
