Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Professional demeanor.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and escalation.
• All candidates must participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify/report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature for the assigned site.
