Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a lead quality specialist to oversee Vietnamese AI training data quality. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit while maintaining consistency with style guides.

You will track recurring issues, escalate critical ones, run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers, and help grow calibration sets. This is a remote, hourly contract with part-time flexibility (10–40 hours per week) in USD.

Qualifications

• Native-level Vietnamese with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
