We are hiring hourly interpreters to work from home! Provide interpreting services via telephone to our customers and their clients from the comfort of your home. We serve clients nationwide across over 240 languages and dialects. Our interpreters are valued for their expertise and their ability to provide excellent service while maintaining job satisfaction and supporting their families.

Responsibilities

• Faithfully interpret communication into the target language without adding, omitting, or changing anything.
• Maintain impartiality and show no bias during interpretation.
• Interpret accurately, clarify when necessary, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Be aware of cultural differences and explain them when appropriate.
• Continuously improve interpreting skills and uphold high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese.
• Able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
• Must be located in Tampa, FL or Phoenix, AZ.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.

Additional Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $23-$30 hourly, depending on experience, training, education, and location.
