Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc is looking for a Distribution Planner to excel in managing orders, communicating with customers, and creating reports. This role ensures seamless distribution and customer service performance.

The ideal candidate has a five-year degree in business or engineering, 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, and is proficient in ERP systems like SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate orders from customers in SAP and ensure proper transmission to our 3PL provider.
• Lead weekly meetings with customers to ensure proper communication.
• Collect and analyze data related to distribution and customer service performance.

Skills

VIE – Distribution Planner (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Distribution Planning and Optimization

• Validating orders from our customers in SAP: Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohls
• Ensuring proper transmission to our 3PL provider
• Checking milestones: start of preparation, end of preparation, routing, customer pickup date
• Analyzing discrepancies between quantities delivered to the 3PL provider and quantities
• Monitoring weekly volumes versus forecast
• Ensuring that customer priorities are followed and executed by the 3PL provider

Customer Service Management

• Ensure communication with the customer: fill rate, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and upcoming tensions
• Lead weekly meetings with customers

Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance
• Build and prepare regular reports and communicate them to the team based in France to ensure
