Job summary

WNDR is seeking a Videographer and Short-Form Video Editor Intern to transform raw footage into engaging content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts & more. You’ll craft compelling edits with captions, effects, and motion graphics, while staying on trend with gaming culture and social formats.

You'll work with the marketing team and other creators to plan, edit, and deliver on-brand clips on a tight timeline. This internship involves hands-on video production and fast-paced feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form edits across TikTok, Reels and YouTube.
• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and captions.
• Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trailers and social-first videos.
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, visual effects and motion graphics.
• Select strongest moments from raw footage and craft engaging edits.
• Color correct footage and improve audio for platform formats.
• Collaborate with creators and marketing to develop content ideas.
• Keep up with gaming trends and formats that perform well on social media.
• Organize project files and deliver finished videos on time.
