Job summary

Hello Haven in New York is seeking a videographer/editor to build content for our startup. We’ll be filming in Washington Square Park and the first shoot includes 10 edited vertical videos (around 15 seconds each), 5 street interviews, and 5 scripted character-driven videos.

You should shoot and edit your own footage with a quick turnaround. We plan to shoot at least one day a week, with potential to grow to two days as the company expands.

We’ll send creative references beforehand, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and bringing ideas to the project. The editing style should feel polished, fast-paced, and social-first.Our budget for this first shoot is $1,000-$2,500, depending on experience and what’s included. Ideally we’re looking for someone who shoots and edits their own footage with a quick turnaround.This isn’t intended to be a one-off project. We’re planning to shoot at least one day a week, with the potential to grow to two days a week as the company expands.
