Starting at $25/hour; overtime after 40 hours per week

Typical schedule: Thursday or Friday through Sunday or Monday, with events across the U.S.
Travel to competitions, operate cameras and livestream systems, monitor video feeds, and upload event media alongside the DanceBUG team.
No dance experience required. Training includes virtual instruction in January and at least two live events with experienced team members.
Have experience with cameras or live production—sports, weddings, concerts, theatre, broadcasting, livestreaming, OBS or multi-camera work—and are comfortable with technology and fast-paced events.
Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid U.S. driver’s license; within about an hour of a major airport; available for weekend travel; comfortable with long days and occasional 5–6-hour drives; able to lift about 50 pounds; able to pass a background check.
