Rise Capital Group is seeking an in-house videographer to own the end-to-end video production process from camera operation and lighting to audio, set design, and post-production editing.

You will shoot interviews, podcasts, explainers, and marketing content, producing high-quality footage with strong storytelling. Travel to multiple cities as required and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the company’s visual style is achieved.

Formación

• Proven professional videography experience.
• Experience filming interviews, podcasts, and explainer videos.
• Hands-on experience with lighting, audio, and production setup.
• Knowledge of S-Log 3 recording and color grading.
• Strong eye for composition, exposure, and framing.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Sony cameras to capture high-quality video footage for company projects.
• Film interviews, podcast episodes, explainer videos, and other marketing content.
• Capture B-roll to support storytelling and enhance video production.
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production sets.
• Apply camera settings, exposure, framing, and composition.
• Record and monitor clear, high-quality audio during shoots.
• Shoot in S-Log 3 and perform color grading for post-production.
• Edit footage with color correction and grading.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to achieve the desired style.
• Travel to different cities for shoots as needed.
• Troubleshoot camera, lighting, audio, and other production issues on set.
• Follow creative direction while contributing original ideas.

Job Description

We are looking to hire one full-time in-house videographer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, versatile professional who can confidently manage the entire video production process, from camera operation and lighting to audio recording, set design, and video editing.

• Operate Sony cameras to capture high-quality video footage for company projects.
• Film interviews, podcast episodes, explainer videos, and other marketing content.
• Capture creative B-roll footage to support storytelling and enhance video production.
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production sets.
• Apply proper camera settings, exposure, framing, and composition.
• Record and monitor clear, high-quality audio during shoots.
• Shoot in S-Log 3 and ensure proper footage exposure for post-production.
• Edit video footage, including color correction and grading of S-Log 3 footage.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute the desired video style.
• Travel to different cities when required for video shoots.
• Troubleshoot camera, lighting, audio, and other production issues on set.
• Follow creative direction while contributing original ideas to improve video quality.
• Proven professional experience in videography and video production.

Compensation

$3,000 to $3,500 monthly
