Rastegar Property Company is seeking a Videographer and editor to document Ari's journey as he builds INF1NITY, capturing meetings, training, events, and interviews at the Houston office and boxing gym.

You will shoot cinematic, documentary‑style footage, edit for social content, and collaborate with the director to shape the story from pre‑production through delivery, with travel as needed. This full‑time role offers growth and high visibility within a rapidly growing real estate firm.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing documentary, unscripted, or character-driven content.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cinematic style.
• Ability to shoot in fast-moving environments where moments can't be staged.
• Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and editing.
• Judgment to recognize meaningful moments and tell a story with care.
• Flexibility to work from the Houston office and boxing gym, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow Ari's day-to-day activities and capture moments that move the story forward.
• Film meetings, events, boxing training, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Collaborate with the documentary director to identify story opportunities and capture footage.
• Shoot and edit regular short-form content for social media.
• Support pre-production, production, and post-production, including planning, organization, editing, and delivery.
• Coordinate shoots, locations, schedules, and equipment as needed.
• Travel when production requires.

The Role

We're looking for a Videographer and editor to document Ari's journey as he builds INF1NITY while preparing for a boxing fight. The footage will form part of a larger documentary that captures the full story: the wins, setbacks, decisions, meetings, events, training, interviews, and moments in between.

You'll regularly film at the Houston office and boxing gym, work closely with the documentary director, and create social content along the way. We're looking for someone with strong technical skills and, above all, an eye for cinematic, honest, documentary-style storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Follow Ari's day-to-day activities and capture the moments that move the story forward.
• Film meetings, events, boxing training, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Work with the documentary director to identify story opportunities and capture footage for the film.
• Shoot and edit regular short-form content for social media.
• Support pre-production, production, and post-production, including shoot planning, footage organization, editing, and delivery.
• Help coordinate shoots, locations, schedules, and equipment as needed.
• Travel when the story or production requires it.
