Job summary

APN - Athlete Performance Nutrition is seeking a full-time videographer/editor to join the team in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a hands-on role embedded with athletes, events, founder content and campaigns, not a one-shot shoot.

You’ll capture and edit across brand content, athlete shoots, golf events, behind-the-scenes storytelling and fast-turnaround social content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Travel frequently and join us on the journey.

Qualifications

• Outstanding videographer and editor with a proven ability to create social-first content.
• Experience with sports, athletes, consumer brands and/or personal brands.
• Golf knowledge or experience in the golf world is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture and create APN brand content and athlete shoots.
• Cover golf tournaments, events and activations; feature founder-led content.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube; long-form YouTube content.
• Engage in behind-the-scenes / documentary-style storytelling and interviews/podcasts.
• Operate in a fast-turnaround manner, including travel days and live shoots.

We’re looking for someone exceptional to join APN full-time and document the journey as we build the brand.

This is not a traditional videographer role where you show up for a shoot, deliver the files and leave.

We want someone who becomes a real part of the team.

Someone who is with us at golf tournaments, athlete shoots, brand activations, meetings, training days, product launches, founder trips and everything happening behind the scenes as we build APN.

You’ll be responsible for capturing and creating content across:

• APN brand content
• Athlete shoots and partnerships
• Golf tournaments, events and activations
• Founder-led social content
• Personal brands of the founders
• Short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Long-form YouTube content
• Behind-the-scenes / documentary-style storytelling
• Interviews, podcasts and founder conversations
• Product and campaign shoots
• Fast-turnaround content while we’re travelling or at events

We’ll be spending a significant part of the winter in Palm Beach, Florida, so ideally you’re already based in the area or excited to relocate there and become part of the team.

Who we’re looking for

You’re probably a great fit if:

• You’re an outstanding videographer and editor
• You understand how to create content that actually performs on social, not just beautiful cinematic videos
• You have experience working with sports, athletes, consumer brands and/or personal brands
• You understand golf - ideally you play or have worked in the golf world
• You can shoot both polished brand campaigns and raw, authentic founder content
• You’re as comfortable capturing something quickly on an iPhone as you are running a professional shoot
• You can identify great moments without needing to be told exactly what to film
• You can turn content around fast
• You have strong creative instincts and understand hooks, storytelling, pacing and retention
• You’re comfortable travelling frequently
• You’re highly proactive, ambitious and happy working in a fast-moving startup environment
• You want to be part of the journey rather than simply work on individual projects
• You’re available to start November 15
