Job summary

Bethel University’s Office of Marketing and Communications in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a student videographer to assist with shooting, editing, and producing video projects.

You will capture the atmosphere and energy of Bethel University to promote university departments, offices, and programs, working on location across campus including indoors, outdoors, and studios. Typical hours are 8–16 per week with compensation of $13.75 per hour.

• Current Bethel University student.
• Well organized, reliable, able to work independently, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous demonstrated experience with cameras, editing, and compositing software.
• Preferred experience with lighting and graphic design skills.

Your Role

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Work is in person at the Office of Marketing and Communications at the Anderson Center, Arden Hills, MN.
• Ability to work on location for shoots in various campus locations.
• Use of screen for 2-3 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work

• Typically Monday through Friday.
• 8-16 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate of $13.75 per hour.
