Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with emphasis on office skills during high school.
• Minimum 19–23 months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be an effective communicator and able to respond to questions clearly in person and via video.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts and payouts on cash transactions and handle deposits, withdrawals, loans and transfers.
• Set up, close and balance teller station via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
• Assist customers with inquiries using ITM video function.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Follow account privacy limits and safety policies.
