TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a passionate and motivated Video Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service to credit union members by accurately processing transactions and providing essential financial services via live video chat from a centralized location. This role combines the best of teller services with cutting-edge video technology to ensure members enjoy personalized service. This role is key in creating a positive experience for our members and ensuring smooth daily operations within the branch. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing excellent member service.
Position Hours:Monday - Friday 9am -6pm and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm with a half day off during the week.
