Job summary
Hostinger seeks a Video Team Lead to guide a skilled team in producing high-quality video content for global audiences. You will oversee creative direction from concept to final cut, ensuring assets meet performance metrics and brand standards.
You will mentor teammates, collaborate with PPC, Design, PMs, Product, and Marketing, and drive growth through innovative video pipelines and AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in animation, video editing, and crafting high-impact YouTube hooks that grab attention and boost performance.
- Proven experience leading video teams in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing, especially in YouTube advertising and its success metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.).
- Hands-on production background—comfortable reviewing cuts, animatics, motion, and technical implementation details.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse video team of 6 people, aligning strengths with project needs and growth opportunities.
- Review drafts, animatics, and final cuts with a critical eye for quality in both creative and technical aspects.
- Own the delivery of YouTube advertising assets and collaborate with marketing to optimize performance.
