Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Nashua, New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Surveillance Technician to maintain the video management and access control networks, radio, and life-safety systems across Gate City Casino. You will design deployments, lead hardware rollouts, and manage preventative maintenance while ensuring data confidentiality.

Candidate must be able to obtain Genetec and Cisco certifications and a state gaming license; 21+ years old, associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

21+ years old
Associate degree in electronics or IT-related field preferred
Ability to obtain Genetec and Cisco certifications and a state gaming license required
Strong technical skills in network addressing, routing protocols, and directory services
Visio diagrams and CCTV knowledge preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Responsibilities

Monitor the integrity of video and access control networks and related servers across the LAN
Maintain the facility radio system
Lead deployment and installation of video, access control infrastructure and fringe devices
Oversee procurement of hardware and software updates and monitor network performance
Manage preventative maintenance program to reduce equipment failure risks
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and investigations
