Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Technician for Gate City Casino in Nashua, NH. You will maintain the video management and access control networks and related fringe devices to ensure reliable security operations.

The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to lead deployments, and adherence to confidentiality standards for surveillance information. Genetec and Cisco certifications are beneficial and licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Associate degree in electronics or IT preferred.
• Ability to obtain Genetec and Cisco certifications and a state gaming license is required.
• Strong technical skills in network address assignment, routing protocols, and directory services.
• Visio diagrams and CCTV knowledge preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the video and access control network integrity, server deployment, security, and connectivity across the LAN infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the facility radio system.
• Design and lead deployment and upgrades of video and access control infrastructure and fringe devices.
• Lead procurement of new hardware and software installations and patching; monitor network performance.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program to reduce equipment failure risk.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data, cameras, investigations and proprietary material.
