Qualifications

  • Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
  • Alternative: first-level university degree plus two years of qualifying experience accepted.
  • At least two years of progressive experience in visual communications and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of typography, color, and sound production.
  • Experience with gender-related themes and international work desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and script engaging video content for digital platforms, including social media, campaigns, and websites.
  • Film and edit a variety of video formats, such as short-form social videos and explainer videos, and collaborate with external producers for motion graphics and animation.
  • Coordinate the oversight of global video footage by collecting, reviewing, and categorizing materials from various teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper usage rights.
  • Support the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) by organizing, tagging, and managing video assets, and train global teams on DAMS workflows and best practices for efficient retrieval and storage.
