Qualifications

• Experience with video or AV equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks.
• Prior experience in event production or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, clean, and assess AV gear for functionality and visual condition.
• Replace labels, perform light case repairs, and ensure gear presentation meets standards.
• Review show orders and verify equipment lists are complete and accurate.
• Assist with system rack builds and simulate event setups.
• Keep the warehouse organized, barcoded, and optimized for equipment access.
• Help stage and load gear for transport to venues.
