Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to oversee video projects, ensure QA, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

You will coordinate deadlines, deliverables, and revisions, provide constructive feedback to editors, and maintain clear communication across the team while delivering high-quality campaigns for registered investment advisors.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Confident and professional on prospective client calls.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred: Creative operations, video editing/QA, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage video projects from assignment through completion.
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
• Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.
