Captivated Content is growing, and we are looking for a Full-Time Video Production Specialist to help us create meaningful, high-quality video content for our clients.

A significant part of this role is editing, but it is not exclusively a desk position. You will collaborate on larger productions and grow into independently leading smaller client shoots. We want someone who can make people feel comfortable and create shoots that feel organized, professional, and genuinely fun.

You may be a talented recent graduate ready to grow quickly, an experienced video professional with up to five years of experience, or a self-taught filmmaker with a strong portfolio. Your skills matter, but so do your character, professionalism, dependability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Poseyville, Indiana. Some regional and national travel may be required.
