Front Office Sports is seeking an experienced Production Manager to backfill our fast-moving multimedia operation for three months. The role covers day-to-day production for video, social, studio, branded work, live events, and tentpole coverage.

You will create plans, manage details, and keep teams informed while ensuring access to people, equipment, schedules, budgets, and logistics needed to produce high-quality work on time. The position is a 3-month contract (1099).

Qualificações

• 5+ years of production management or related operations experience.
• Experience handling multiple productions on tight timelines.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management abilities.
• Experience with studio, field, live, and social-first productions.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Calm, solution-focused, detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day production operations across video, social, studio, branded, and event productions.
• Build and maintain production calendars, shoot schedules, call sheets, crew plans, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate freelance crews, vendors, studios, equipment rentals, travel, permits, releases, vendor agreements, insurance requirements, and other production logistics.
• Serve as a central operational point of contact between editorial, video, social, talent, sales, creative, finance, and external production partners.
• Manage production budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations in partnership with finance and department leadership.
• Support the operational needs of daily and recurring programming, including Front Office Sports Tonight, while ensuring field productions and social shoots remain on track.
• Anticipate production risks and create practical contingency plans for schedule changes, travel disruptions, staffing gaps, equipment needs, and last-minute editorial pivots.
• Maintain organized production documentation, vendor records, rate cards, crew contacts, equipment inventories, templates, and shared project trackers.
• Help uphold production standards around safety, releases, rights, brand requirements, and talent/partner obligations.
• Identify ways to improve workflows, reduce unnecessary costs, and make it easier for creative teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality
