Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Intern for the Creative Solutions/WünderLab team at our Ridgefield, CT facility. You will support the in-house video production process, from planning and filming support to post-production, collaborating with videographers and editors to deliver high-quality content.

The role is based on-site with 2-3 days per week hybrid flexibility, offering exposure to internal communications, marketing and event content while building practical skills in video production

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing.
• Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship.
• Overall cumulative minimum GPA 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
• Major or minor in related field of internship.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university.
• Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of video productions, including scheduling logistics, and shoot preparation.
• Provide on-set support during studio and location-based video shoots.
• Support project management activities including maintaining production schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
• Assist in developing production materials such as shot lists, briefing documents, call sheets, and production notes.
• Organize video assets, footage and project files while supporting post-production review and content publishing activities
