Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Intern to join the Creative Services team at the Ridgefield, CT facility. You will design digital and print assets, participate in reviews, and help manage projects in our PM tool. This internship offers on-site work with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days on-site.

The role supports learning from a creative team and gaining exposure to marketing assets while aligning with MLR processes and BI’s design standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating a clear graphic design point of view for print and digital assets.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite; PPT/Google Slides is a plus.
• Facility with new software and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude and interest in design pharma landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets as assigned.
• Participate in creative reviews and department meetings; present updates on assigned projects.
• Manage projects in the project management tool; ensure deadlines and approvals are met.
• Participate in conceptual design projects as assigned.
• Understand BI’s requirements for MLR review.
