Oceana seeks a Video Production Fellow in Washington, DC to translate conservation topics into engaging digital videos. You will script, film, and edit content across Oceana’s channels, including social media and YouTube, under the guidance of the Social Media Manager.

The role is full-time, based in Washington, DC with hybrid schedules. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and gain hands‑on experience in multimedia production and digital storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience developing video content: scripting, filming, editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and YouTube content.

• Produce short- and long-form video content for Oceana’s channels.
• Write briefs, scripts and other materials for video narratives.
• Collaborate with scientists and campaign teams to translate topics clearly.
• Film interviews and other video content.
• Edit videos with pacing, sound, graphics, captions, and platform best practices.
• Support Oceana’s YouTube strategy and social media content.
