Qualifications

• On-site in Bethesda, MD is required.
• 1–2 years of video production or internship experience or equivalent.
• Video-related degree or certification preferred but not required with strong portfolio.
• Basic camera operation and lighting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Edit a high volume of short and long-form video content in post-production.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets ensuring brand consistency.
• Create short clips for social media from finished productions.
• Assist with podcast studio setup and operation with professional gear.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage to document production days.
