Job summary

Lindenwood University is seeking a Video Production Coordinator to support D1 athletics broadcasts and campus productions. You will help with pre-production, live multicamera shoots, and field and control room operations, collaborating with operations, engineering, and sports staff.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Communications with emphasis in broadcast or a related field, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple productions under pressure in a dynamic university

Qualifications

• Familiarity with all aspects of multicamera video production.
• Ability to supervise and effectively collaborate with large groups toward a common purpose.

Responsibilities

• Works with Directors/Managers to ensure pre-production concerns are addressed before shoots.
• Supports content readiness for academic and athletic productions.
• Supports live multicamera productions in accordance with scripts/rundowns.
• Occupies control room roles (e.g., technical director, audio, camera shading) as needed.
• Assists in training student operators in control room and field during live broadcasts.

**Job Title:** Video Production Coordinator, Mane Media Productions**Division:** Academic Affairs**Evaluation Group:** Staff**FLSA Status:** Exempt**Reports To:**Director of Operations and Engineering, Mane Media Productions**Positions Supervised:**N/A**Job Summary**The Video Production coordinator supports daily production efforts for D1 athletics broadcasts, in-house and remote operations, and participates in all aspects of multicamera production as a producer/director.**Essential Job Functions and Performance Indicators**The intent of this job description is to provide a representation of the types of duties and level of responsibility that will be required of positions given this title.
