Job summary

Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Video Production Coordinator for Mane Media Productions to support daily athletics broadcasts and campus productions, operating in-house and remotely as needed. You will direct and produce multicamera shoots, train student operators, and manage pre-production tasks, scripts, and rundowns while serving as a professional ambassador of the university.

This exempt, full-time role requires collaboration with operations staff and readiness to work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications with emphasis in broadcast communications or a related field.
Experience with live multicamera production preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Supports pre-production concerns such as scheduling, staffing, and production elements.
Ensures content readiness for academic and athletic productions.
Supports live multicamera productions in accordance with scripts and rundowns.
Occupies control room roles (e.g., technical director, audio, camera shading) as needed.
Assists in training student operators in control room and field during live broadcasts.
