Job summary

ITA Group in Atlanta is seeking a Video Producer to lead a range of video projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll partner with creative teams, clients and external partners to craft compelling brand stories across campaigns, events and live productions.

The role requires strong project management, collaboration skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality video content on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, journalism or a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of video production experience, including short-form content across pre-, production and post-production.
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to contribute to content and messaging development.
• Working knowledge of production and post-production workflows, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead video projects from kickoff through final delivery with clear objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to shape concepts and content direction.
• Manage pre-production activities: statements of work, schedules, locations, crew and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal partners with updates and recommendations.
• Oversee on-set production, guide crew and external partners to protect creative vision, schedule and budget.
• Direct post-production workflows: footage organization, reviews, feedback, QA and delivery.
• Manage contracts, NDAs and vendor negotiations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve workflows and production practices.
