Job summary

You will support the Video and Production teams, coordinate with clients, vendors, freelancers, and internal partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in video production or project coordination.
• Foundational understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel for on-site production support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and production docs with Workfront.
• Assist pre-production with call sheets, travel logistics, crew, locations, and equipment.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, freelancers, and crew to keep details organized.
• Provide on-site support for filming and live productions, including setup and notes.
• Coordinate post-production review cycles, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Track vendor estimates, invoices, expenses, and contracts; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized project files, vendor data, and asset libraries.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and documentation.
