Qualifications

Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized Video Producer to lead a variety of video projects from initial concept through final delivery. In this role, you’ll partner with creative teams, internal collaborators, clients and external production partners to bring compelling stories to life across brand campaigns, multimedia event experiences and live video events. You’ll balance creative thinking with strong project management, taking ownership of timelines, budgets, production logistics and quality throughout pre-production, filming and post-production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead video projects from kickoff through final delivery, establishing clear objectives, timelines, budgets and expectations.
• Partner with creative teams and stakeholders to shape concepts, guide content development and support the creative direction of each project.
• Manage pre-production activities, including statements of work, production schedules, research, locations, crew and vendor selection, travel and other shoot logistics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, providing clear updates, presentations and recommendations throughout the production process.
• Oversee on-set production, guide crew and external partners, track shoot details and resolve challenges while protecting the creative vision, schedule and budget.
• Direct post-production workflows, including footage and asset organization, review of video cuts, feedback coordination, quality assurance, final delivery and archiving.
• Manage estimates, invoicing, contracts, nondisclosure agreements and vendor negotiations in partnership with appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve workflows, strengthen production practices and support overall team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in film, journalism or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least four years of video production experience, including experience producing short-form content and managing projects across pre-production, production and post-production.
• Strong visual storytelling instincts, a discerning creative eye and the ability to contribute to content and messaging development.
• Working knowledge of production and post-production workflows, schedules, budgets and common technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Creative Suite workflows, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Excellent organization, file-management, time-management and multitasking skills, with close attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-management skills with the ability to work effectively across roles and with external partners.
• Sound judgment, resourcefulness and the ability to independently solve problems, prioritize competing needs and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for production needs, including assignments of up to two weeks at a time, and to work the time necessary to meet project deadlines.
