Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in video production or multimedia.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, cinematography, editing, and creative direction.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Canva.
• Experience creating content for websites, YouTube, and social platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus.
• Motion graphics, animation, photography, and AI content creation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, script, direct, shoot, and edit professional video content.
• Conduct client interviews and capture compelling visual stories.
• Film on-location and in-studio using professional cameras, lighting, audio, and drone equipment when appropriate.
• Direct on-camera talent and clients to produce confident, engaging presentations.
• Capture high-quality photography for websites, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software and add color, sound, and effects.
• Produce short-form vertical content for social platforms and websites.
• Archive and maintain video and photo assets across projects.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers.
• Monitor video performance and suggest improvements based on data.
