Cosign seeks a Video & Media Specialist to own and scale the brands' video strategy across executive content, campaigns, podcasts, and technical explainers. You’ll set the creative vision, produce high-end content, and build a team to expand impact.

You’ll transform complex real estate, insurance, and capital market concepts into cinematic, clear stories while staying ahead of content trends. The role is hands-on, with growth into leadership and a long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating cinematic brand work and technical explainers.
• Hands-on across production: camera, lighting, audio, editing, and motion graphics.
• Own end-to-end video projects from concept to delivery for enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute video and media strategy for two companies.
• Lead flagship campaigns, executive content, podcasts, and technical explainers.
• Direct production from concept through editing and distribution, including AI-assisted workflows.
