Job summary

The Murphy Group is seeking a tech-savvy Marketing & Content Coordinator to craft and publish engaging content for The Phoenix Seller in Arizona. You will produce short-form social videos and longer YouTube content, collaborating closely with the owner to turn ideas into polished projects.

You’ll use AI tools, manage video production end-to-end, and coordinate with our marketing assistant to ensure timely delivery from our Tempe office.

Qualifications

• Technical ability, AI proficiency and exceptional follow-through are essential.
• Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit professional short-form social media videos and longer educational YouTube content.
• Help build and grow The Phoenix Seller YouTube channel and social media presence.
• Conduct regular filming sessions with the owner at our Tempe office and occasional on-location property shoots.
• Manage video production, editing, publishing, titles, thumbnails and descriptions across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Produce educational videos supporting our existing direct-mail campaigns, landing pages and seller lead-generation efforts.
• Use AI and emerging technology to streamline production, repurpose content and improve efficiency.
• Maintain the content calendar and turn established marketing ideas into completed projects.
• Monitor content performance and continually improve production quality and results.
• Work with our existing marketing assistant to keep projects moving.
