Job summary

Dentsu in New York is seeking an entry-level Associate to support the National Video Investment team. You will assist with scheduling, billing, and reporting while learning through a dedicated media training program.

Reports to a National Video Manager and gains extensive on-the-job access to leadership. Responsibilities include inputting buys, coordinating with networks, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing client reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years industry experience.
• At least 1 year of analytics, math and Microsoft Office experience.
• Interest in and familiarity with Media & Video Investment.

Responsibilities

• Input buys into DDS.
• Speak with networks regarding client's scheduling.
• Resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare reports for clients.
• Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially.
• Support Associates in preparing and delivering work to clients.
• Help maintain client budget levels.
• Help communicate with billing department and planning teams.
• Attend status meetings.
• Engage with all work-related contacts professionally.
