Job summary

Colibri Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and grow the organic social presence across our Teacher Education ecosystem. You will shape how our brands show up on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit, focusing on educator audiences, building communities, and driving awareness, traffic, leads, and applications.

This hands-on role combines 50% content creation, 25% strategy, and 25% analytics and influencer work.

Qualifications

• Professional social media portfolio showcasing business work with measurable results.
• Experience managing social media for a company, organization, or agency.
• Ability to script, film, and edit short-form video.
• Familiarity with educator-focused audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and editorial planning across multiple platforms.
• Create on‑camera content and short‑form videos; publish and edit.
• Engage communities through comments, DMs, and content routing.
• Measure performance and report results; inform channel priorities.
• Oversee influencer partnerships and coordinate budgets/ROI.
