Job summary

Stagedge is seeking an experienced Video Engineer (V1) to lead live, virtual, and hybrid event projects. You will guide on-site technical teams, design signal flow, and ensure safe, efficient setup and teardown of temporary equipment.

The role requires strong knowledge of broadcast tech, camera switching, LED/projection displays, and the ability to coordinate with clients, venue staff, and other vendors to deliver seamless events.

Stagedge is seeking an experienced Video Engineer (V1) to join a growing team as a leader on live, virtual, and hybrid event project teams.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to system design and planning, and make recommendations for developing the equipment inventory.
• Lead a team of technical specialists at event job sites to provide safe, efficient installation and removal of temporary equipment.
• Ensure clear communication between functional departments, Stagedge staff, clients, venue staff, and other vendors involved in the project.
• Perform in a lead operator role as required for the project.
