Biggest Agency in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a video editor to join our in-studio team. You’ll start by editing YouTube podcast episodes and short-form clips for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, with a high bar for quality and learning our internal standards.

As you improve, you will train other editors and eventually lead a team, collaborating with thumbnail designers, social media managers, producers, and clients directly to drive impact and grow the creative unit.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; After Effects and CapCut preferred.
• On-site in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube podcast episodes and short-form clips (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
• Train and mentor other editors as you demonstrate standards and processes.
• Lead a team covering all episodes and short-form content, while handling quality control and creative direction.
