Biggest Agency in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a video editor to join our in-studio team. You’ll start by editing YouTube podcast episodes and short-form clips for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, with a high bar for quality and learning our internal standards.
As you improve, you will train other editors and eventually lead a team, collaborating with thumbnail designers, social media managers, producers, and clients directly to drive impact and grow the creative unit.
Hi, I'm Brady Edwards. I was the video director for MrBeast, generating over 10 BILLION views on YouTube before starting Biggest Agency. At Biggest we create YouTube videos and video podcasts for 8 and 9 figure founders. Our studio and headquarters is located in Scottsdale, AZ. I am looking for a video editor to join my in-studio team. If you take this job, I'll be training you directly.
Here's how this role actually works, and it's not a normal editing job, so read this part closely...
You start by editing. You'll personally editing YouTube podcast episodes and short-form clips for Reels/Shorts/TikTok. Our clients are big names, so the bar is high, and most of what makes a video actually work comes down to things average editors haven't yet considered. This phase is where you prove you can hit our standard and actually learn how we do things, not just run the software.
Once your work is consistently at that level, you start training other editors, on your process, your standards, your notes. Eventually you're not editing episodes yourself at all. You're running a team that handles all of it, full episodes and short-form, while you focus on training, quality control, and creative direction. You'll collaborate with thumbnail designers, social media managers, producers and work with our clients directly.
That's the actual job. The end state here isn't "editor," it's someone who built and runs a creative team that generates millions of views a month.
There's no fixed timeline for moving through these phases. It depends how fast you pick up our systems and how fast we can hand off work to people you've trained.
This role starts at $4,000 with opportunity to grow as you move through the phases.
I am looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional editing experience. You should know Premiere well, After-Effect and CapCut would be ideal. Expect a lot of notes in the beginning, and don't take them personally, it's how you get better fast.
This is on-site in Scottsdale, full-time.
If you're already good at this and you want to take your skills to the next level working directly under someone who's driven over 10 billion views, this is that chance.
