You will edit full episodes, craft short-form clips, and collaborate with the Rebecca Weiss Podcast team to preserve intent while delivering compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form video and creating short-form social content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Portfolio showing storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and edits for different platforms.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Edit full-length podcast/video episodes with strong pacing and clear storytelling.
• Select camera angles and integrate footage, graphics, and motion elements.
• Create motion graphics and on-screen elements in After Effects.
• Export final videos for YouTube and other platforms; ensure captions and accuracy.
• Organize files and assets for easy reuse by production teams.
• IdentifyHooks and moments with strong audience value for social clips.
• Produce content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Collaborate with Rebecca, producers, and media teams on episode goals.
