Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Video Editor & Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has sharp storytelling instincts, and can enhance our in-house production capabilities. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality videos efficiently with minimal supervision, maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities include storyboarding, shoot coordination, editing, and final production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling videos from concept to delivery, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics for various platforms
• Support pre-production tasks: storyboarding, shot lists, call sheets, crew coordination, logistics
• Collaborate with accounts and creative teams to develop narratives and visuals
• Manage post-production workflows efficiently and meticulously
• Optimize content for websites, mobile, and social media
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and new editing technologies
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate a proactive approach
• Utilize AI tools to enhance speed and quality of video production

What You Bring:

• A portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing, and motion design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience with audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics
• Understanding of visual narrative, pacing, and digital design
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Openness to using AI-enhanced tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with color grading software
• Knowledge of codecs, formats, and compression techniques
• Bonus: experience with live video, streaming, or on-site production; background in politics or advocacy; familiarity with agency workflows
