You’ll craft multiple cuts, align with strategic goals, and iterate quickly with feedback in a dynamic production cycle.

You have 1–3 years editing for paid social, a standout reel, and are proficient in Premiere Pro or CapCut. Flexible WFH options are offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years editing video for paid social, social/digital marketing experience welcomed.
• Strong reel showing short-form editing, pacing, hooks, captions.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects a plus.

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form video for paid social from briefs and footage.
• Create multiple cuts/variants for testing across platforms.
• Translate briefs into visual choices with platform-native storytelling.
• Incorporate feedback and optimize edits based on performance data.
• Ensure platform specs and captions/subtitles meet each network’s conventions.
• Collaborate with strategists, brand, and other editors in fast-paced production.
