Job summary

Distillery in San Francisco is seeking a highly motivated Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer. You will edit and design stunning motion graphics for a wide variety of projects, guiding them from briefing to delivery.

You’ll bring briefs to life through mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and motion graphics for live-action layers. You will collaborate with writers, producers, account managers, and in-house editors to craft engaging social assets and internal brand projects, while

Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience (agency experience is a big bonus!).
Excellent design, typographic, and conceptual skills.
Love working collaboratively and actively contribute to the creative development of projects.
Enjoy finding innovative solutions, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Be methodical and adept at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple video projects through post production to ensure output is powerful, on-brand, and on time.
Collaborate with writers, editors, and motion designers to shape stories and experiences using AI.
Support pitches by aligning post-production vision with client ambitions.
Drive AI integration in post-production and stay ahead of industry trends.
Evaluate, test, and deploy emerging AI technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Mentor team members to support skills growth and collaboration.
