Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm is seeking a Video Editor & Motion Designer to convert footage, scripts, and ideas into marketing videos for paid ads, short-form social, and animated explainers. This daily, hands-on role uses AI with an emphasis on craft, performance, brand consistency, and legal compliance.

You will edit ads for Meta, YouTube, and Google Performance Max, create multiple hook and format variations, and deliver to platform specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio of short-form/social/ad work.
• Strong judgment, curiosity, and ability to learn complex subjects quickly.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsabilités

• Edit video ads for Meta, YouTube, and Google Performance Max from raw footage and stock assets.
• Create multiple hook, length, and format variations for testing concepts.
• Deliver ads to platform specs and file formats; review performance with Creative Director.
• Cut Reels, Shorts, and TikTok content from longer videos and live sources.
• Design on-screen text and captions for sound-off viewing; ensure brand consistency.
