Aquent is seeking a highly creative Video Editor to manage end-to-end post-production for our beauty brand client across digital platforms and campaigns. You will assemble raw footage, refine dialogue, and weave in graphics, sound design, and subtle FX to deliver engaging content.

With 3+ years of professional editing experience and strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro, you will shape visuals, color, and pacing for multi-platform formats such as

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency or beauty/lifestyle brand experience preferred).
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or Final Cut Pro).
• Comprehensive understanding of the full video editing pipeline—not just cutting, but audio, visual, and FX work.
• Strong aesthetic eye for beauty, fashion, or modern digital media visuals.
• Portfolio/Showreel demonstrating clean dialogue editing, seamless graphics integration, sound design, and color work.

Responsabilités

• Full Pipeline Management: Lead end-to-end post-production workflows from initial intake and story outline to final polish and render.
• Raw Footage Assembly: Review, organize, and assemble multi-cam and single-cam raw footage into compelling narrative cuts.
• Dialogue & Audio Editing: Clean up voiceovers, polish dialogue, remove background noise, and ensure crystal-clear audio balance.
• Sound Effects & Music Integration: Design immersive audio experiences using SFX, ambient sound design, and background music tracks tailored to brand tone.
• Graphics Integration: Incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, kinetic text, and brand assets seamlessly into video cuts.
• VFX & Special Effects: Integrate visual effects, transitions, overlays, and cleanup work (retouching, screen replacements, element isolation) as needed.
• Color Grading: Perform fundamental color correction and beauty grading to ensure consistent color accuracy, skin tone balance, and aesthetic appeal.
• Multi-Platform Exporting: Format and optimize video assets across various aspect ratios (vertical 9:16, square 1:1, horizontal 16:9) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and paid media ads.
