Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking a talented video editor to join our creative team and help turn ideas into engaging videos for technology builds, transformations, and experiments.

Editing will be the core responsibility, with opportunities to assist filming and contribute ideas. You will craft openings, pacing, and humor while collaborating with a small team in a hybrid setup based in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing strong editing, storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; understanding of YouTube and social media needs.
• Good instincts for comedy, timing, music, and sound.
• Ability to work independently and take feedback well.
• Strong organization and multi-project management.
• Interest in technology, builds, or personality-driven entertainment.
• Experience with videography, lighting, audio recording, After Effects, motion graphics, or thumbnail design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including technology builds and room transformations.
• Create Shorts, Reels, and TikToks from longer footage.
• Build openings, pacing, and engaging reveals.
• Use music, sound design, graphics, captions, and visual effects to support the story and humor.
• Handle audio cleanup and color correction.
• Collaborate with Ryan and Kyle on concepts, shot planning, and ways to make each video more entertaining.
• Occasionally assist with filming, including camera setup, lighting, audio, B-roll, and spontaneous moments.
• Organize footage, project files, and media so projects stay easy to manage.
• Incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and help improve production workflow.
• Review video performance with the team and apply learnings to future edits.

We’re building a creative team around Samson, our technology and entertainment brand, and a new entertainment channel featuring brothers Ryan and Kyle. Our content ranges from custom computer builds and dream room transformations to product experiments, challenges, and adventures. Samson focuses on technology and creative builds, while our new channel will explore broader entertainment built around personality, humor, competition, and unexpected experiences. We’re looking for a talented video editor who can help turn these ideas into videos people want to click, watch, and share.

About the Role

Editing will be your primary responsibility, with opportunities to help film projects and contribute ideas throughout production. You should be comfortable taking raw footage and finding the story: identifying the strongest opening, building anticipation, bringing out funny moments, and delivering a satisfying payoff. We want someone who brings creative judgment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys collaborating with a small team.

What You’ll Do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including technology builds, room transformations, product experiments, challenges, and entertainment content.
• Create Shorts, Reels, and TikToks from larger projects and footage filmed specifically for short-form content.
• Build compelling openings, clear stories, strong pacing, and engaging reveals.
• Use music, sound design, graphics, captions, and visual effects to support the story and humor.
• Handle audio cleanup, color correction, and final exports.
• Collaborate with Ryan and Kyle on concepts, shot planning, and ways to make each video more entertaining.
• Occasionally assist with filming, including camera setup, lighting, audio, B-roll, and capturing spontaneous moments.
• Organize footage, project files, and media so projects stay easy to manage.
• Incorporate feedback, meet agreed deadlines, and help improve our production workflow.
• Review video performance with the team and apply what we learn to future edits.

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio showing strong editing, storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, An understanding of YouTube and social media content, including hooks, viewer retention, and the different needs of long-form and short-form videos.
• Good instincts for comedy, timing, music, and sound.
• The ability to work independently while communicating clearly and taking feedback well.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• An interest in technology, builds, challenges, or personality-driven entertainment.
• Experience with videography, lighting, audio recording, After Effects, motion graphics, or thumbnail design is a plus.
• Your portfolio and creative ability matter more than a specific degree.
