Twon is seeking a long-term Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer for a Rainbow Six Siege documentary-style YouTube channel. This is a paid remote contract role. We start with one video to test fit, with potential for weekly work as the channel grows.

You should be passionate about Rainbow Six Siege and eager to grow with the channel. You will turn voiceovers and scripts into engaging videos, create motion graphics in After Effects or Premiere, source gameplay, and deliver a polished weekly

ABOUT THE ROLE

I am looking for a long-term Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer for my R6S(Rainbow Six Siege) Documentary-Style YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/@ImTwon). This is a paid, remote contract role.

To ensure a perfect creative match, we're starting with one video to see if we're a good fit. If the quality is there, this becomes consistent weekly work with potential to grow as the channel scales. I want someone who is willing to grow with me so fit is very important.

ABOUT ME

Twon is a documentary-style YouTube channel focused on Rainbow Six Siege, I try to cover the game's most controversial players, unforgettable moments, and untold stories from the competitive and casual scene. Videos are character-driven, cinematic, and deeply researched. Im a one-person operation looking to bring on a dedicated editor who genuinely knows and cares about Rainbow Six Siege and wants to grow with the channel long term. I want this to be your main gig and the goal is to eventually bring you on full-time!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn voiceovers and scripts into highly engaging Rainbow Six Siege documentary-style videos with intentional pacing and clean cuts
• Create motion graphics in After Effects (or premiere) — animated text, tweet/article highlights, stat graphics, and cinematic title cards
• Source and sync Rainbow Six Siege gameplay footage, clips, B-roll, and images that serve the story
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately between revision rounds to maintain quality standards
• Deliver one completed, polished video every week consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and documentary structure
• Must be familiar with Rainbow Six Siege — knowledge of the game, its community, and its competitive scene is essential
• Ability to match the cinematic style of my channel and the example videos
• Detail-oriented with clean, polished edits
• Reliable with weekly deadlines — this is non-negotiable

PAY

$100 per video + 15% of the channel's monthly revenue (if you put in the work, you will be compensated very nicely!)

This is an independent contractor role — you are responsible for your own taxes. As the channel grows, compensation grows with it.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who plays or has played Rainbow Six Siege and understands the culture around it. You know the names, the drama, the moments you don't need everything explained to you. You don't just cut footage, you understand narrative structure, know when a moment needs to breathe and when to cut fast, and can build motion graphics that feel cinematic rather than templated. I need someone who wants to really grow with me.

Job Requirements

• Adobe Premiere Pro — intermediate to expert level
• After Effects — motion graphics and animated text overlays
• Experience editing long-form content (10 minutes minimum)
• Knowledge of Rainbow Six Siege and its community — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Portfolio of at least 2–3 documentary or long-form YouTube edits required to be considered
• Must be available and reliable for long form video per week, every week
